Using this site and its holdings.

Archive holdings are primary-source records. Daybreak asserts no copyright in them. Government records are in the public domain; other records are published for research, journalism, and public accountability, and third-party rights may apply. Cite holdings by identifier.

Daybreak's own publications (briefs, reports, primers, method documents) may be reproduced with attribution and a link to the original. The Daybreak name and mark may not be used to imply endorsement.

Daybreak publishes what the documents show and states the limits of what it has verified. It makes no warranty beyond the authentication status stated on each holding page. Use of the site is at your own risk.
