The Daybreak Project
About

An independent evidence archive on the origin and harms of COVID-19.

The Daybreak Project is an independent, nonpartisan evidence archive. It collects, authenticates, preserves, and publishes primary-source records on the origin and harms of COVID-19 and makes them available on equal terms to scholars, journalists, the public, and any public authority conducting an investigation.

Mission

To keep the historical record of the pandemic complete, verifiable, and available to anyone. Daybreak does not characterize motives, does not take positions on candidates or legislation, and does not pay for records. It states what the documents show, cites the holding, and stops.

It is governed by a board of directors under bylaws and a conflict of interest policy adopted at formation. Application for recognition under Section 501(c)(3) is pending.
