What this site collects.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Fonts, images, and scripts are served from daybreakproject.org. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for operational and security purposes under its own retention policy.

If you donate, your payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy; Daybreak receives your name, email, and gift amount and uses them only to issue receipts, required disclosures, and the supporter reports you have asked for. Donor names are never published without written consent.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is held by the newsletter provider under its policy and used for nothing else.

If you email us, we keep the correspondence as long as needed for the purpose you wrote about. Source identities are protected as described on the Submit evidence page.

Archive holdings may contain personal data that appears in public records. Requests concerning such data are handled under the takedown and correction policy.
